When you write, please include your iOS version, Peptly app version (Settings → About), and the steps that led to the issue. This is the single biggest thing that helps us reproduce a problem quickly.

What does Peptly actually do?
Peptly converts a target peptide dose (in mg, mcg, or IU) into the exact number of insulin-syringe units to draw, given your vial strength and bacteriostatic-water volume. The calculator is free. Pro adds a saved-protocol library, an injection log with CSV export, and recurring schedule reminders.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. Open iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Peptly → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
How does the 3-day free trial work?
When you start the yearly plan, the first three days are free. iOS will charge the yearly price 24 hours before day 3 ends. If you cancel before that point in iOS Settings → Subscriptions, you will not be charged.
Can I restore a purchase I made on another device?
Yes — open Settings inside Peptly and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
I lost my saved protocols / injection log. What happened?
Peptly stores everything on-device only — there is no cloud sync. If you uninstalled the app, restored your phone, or got a new device, the local data is gone. Use Settings → Export CSV before any major device change. We are evaluating optional iCloud sync for a future release.
My schedule reminder didn't fire.
Check that notifications are enabled for Peptly in iOS Settings → Notifications → Peptly. Focus modes and Do Not Disturb can also silence reminders. For every-other-day schedules, the next 30 occurrences are pre-scheduled and refreshed each time you open the Tracker tab.
Why does the app show a tracking permission prompt?
Apple requires the prompt before any app uses tracking identifiers for advertising. Tapping “Ask app not to track” has no effect on the calculator, the injection log, or schedule reminders — those work identically either way.
Is this medical advice?
No. Peptly is a math and logging tool for research and educational reference. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any condition, and it is not a substitute for guidance from a licensed medical professional. Always consult a qualified clinician before starting, stopping, or modifying any peptide regimen.
